Before the big snow craziness in San Antonio, I started working out. Well a week later I am still not back at it. So today is the last day on excuses and time to get back at it. Yard work and working can be combine so lets get it done.

New old sport is booming and taking over America. PICKLEBALL, what is it and why so many are playing it.

The sport has been around for over 30yrs and has recently exploded on the world these pass 5yrs. With the babyboomers leading the way like they did racquetball and tennis, they have found a sport that is easier on their joints but yet keep them active. Now with younger players loving the social aspects and low cost to play the sport is winning. New players and old are filling the courts and tournaments throughout the United States. There are new facilities getting built for pickleball all around the world.

I have join the 3million plus players playing pickleball and proud to say it. With pro division showing up at more and more tournaments and the talent growing, I have found a new sport to master as I get older. Racquetball has always been my first love but now I have a mistress name pickleball. It will get me back in competition and do fairly good in the sport. With Senior division to play and compete, I am now back in the game. For those that think this is old person game borrow or buy a paddle and visit your local pickleball club to see how you fair.
